Sessions are organised into structured supersets and blocks designed to develop muscle without unnecessary chaos.

Members progress through defined training levels:

X - Foundation

XX - Earn the Load

XXX - Controlled Brutality

These tiers reflect technical competence, training age, and work capacity.

Progression is not automatic. It is earned through demonstrated standard.

TRACKING

Performance is tracked. Load is recorded. Standards are consistent.

Every client trains through the Engine Room X App, where programs, loads, reps, and progression are logged and monitored.

Your coach sees your history. Your sessions are structured in advance. Your progression is built on data. Not memory.

If it cannot be measured. It cannot be progressed.

The system removes randomness and replaces it with accountability.
